I’ve always been an independent gal and the thought of my boyfriend having the help me with my debt (although he was great and offered his help numerous times) made me kick it into gear and start paying my cards down. Student loan debt is it’s own monster, and very hard to avoid like you mentioned, so I don’t really count that (especially since it is a necessary debt, unlike CC debt!) Hi ChrisI tried this out on your recommendation – thanks very much. I'd say that the Paneer was lovely and the lamb was very good. The real winner was the naan, so good we had seconds. They were lovely people as well, effusive about what they do and a real pleasure to be served by. They were very good about toning down the chilli levels for my missus. This is a great idea, but I wonder how to achieve the greatest impact through clothing donations? Is it better to donate directly to a homeless shelter, or instead donate to Goodwill or the Salvation Army, who would sell the clothing in their thrift shops? What about business suits in great condition, that no longer fit? What about business casual clothes that have minor signs of wear, but don’t look crisp enough to wear to work? What about stuff that’s worn out, but better than nothing?
