Young people latch right on and don't give a crap about how to use it – they just do it. Older folks (like me) and businesses want direction… so all these asses are out there telling people 'how to use it' and it really gets under my skin. The single greatest feature of social media is that I can use it however the heck I want to… and so can businesses. They just need to be prepared for the consequences.
